Active Part Assemblage
The kernel, coil and gate assemblage are formed so as to resist foreseen short circuit mechanical forces. In standard transformers, the active part is mounted to boiler via bolts, including the gate; there are also active part implementations in which they are directly fitted to boiler, transformers are also produced in this application depending on customer demand.
All fasteners on the gate, as well as YG bushing arc horns are made of special stainless materials that may be also clad for corrosion preventing. Arrangement of gate, isolators, hood and accessories are formed pursuant to demands and specifications by client .
