Transformer Windings

The winding conductor for low voltage is of copper. The windings are enameled round copper wire, insulating paper-clad flat copper or aluminum wire. Layer windings are realized by computer-controlled full automatic machines; layer isolation is formed in cuneiform via electric insulation papers (electrical kraft, thermally improved kraft and resinous thermal paper).
This layer isolation structure not only increases the resistance of winging against extreme voltage impacts, but it also enables obtaining solid, void-free boils with perfect attributes. Windings for Power Transformer: The winding conductor is copper for both low and high voltages. Depending on the power of transformer, the windings are winded as layered winding, continuous disc winding or thread winding via using insulating paper clad copper wire.
